Buyback Details: Edgewater Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:EDGW), a leading consulting firm that helps business leaders drive transformational change through its unique selection of business and technology services and specialized product-based solutions, announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has approved an extension of the company's stock repurchase program (the "Repurchase Program") to September 21, 2018 (the "Extended Repurchase Program"). The Repurchase Program, which was originally announced in December 2007 and subsequently amended, allows for the repurchase of up to $23.1 million of the company's common stock. The Repurchase Program was scheduled to expire on September 22, 2017. The Board did not make any changes to the $23.1 million repurchase authorization. To date, Edgewater has repurchased approximately $14.4 million of its shares, leaving a remaining authorization of approximately $8.7 million.

Edgewater Technology helps the C-suite drive transformational change through its selection of business and technology services and channel-based solutions. Co. has three segments: Enterprise Performance Management, which provides Business Analytics solutions leveraging Oracle EPM, BI and Big Data technologies; Enterprise Resource Planning, which delivers Dynamics AX ERP, Business Intelligence and CRM solutions in the manufacturing space; and Classic Consulting, which provides business advisory services to help organizations leverage investments in IT assets to create new digital business models. Co.'s service categories are: Classic consulting services and Product-based consulting services.
