Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (NYSE:NSM) ("Nationstar"), a leading residential mortgage services company, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Nationstar Mortgage LLC (the "Company") and Nationstar Capital Corporation (together with the Company, the "Issuers") intend to sell, subject to market and other conditions, $300 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes") in an underwritten public offering. The Notes will be unsecured and will be guaranteed on a senior basis by Nationstar, Nationstar Sub1 LLC, Nationstar Sub2 LLC and certain of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Nationstar Mortgage Holdings provides servicing, origination and transaction based services related primarily to single-family residences. Co. conducts its operations through three operating segments. Co.'s Servicing segment services both forward and reverse loan portfolios through its Nationstar Mortgage and Champion Mortgage brands. Co.'s Originations segment comprises both direct-to-consumer and correspondent lending. Co.'s Xome segment is a provider of technology and data solutions to home buyers, home sellers, real estate personnel and companies engaged in the origination and/or servicing of mortgage loans.
