Northern Spirit Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of units ("Units") of the Corporation. The Corporation issued an aggregate of 86,259,604 Units in the Private Placement, at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,312,980.20, inclusive of 13,584,000 Units that were issued today (for gross proceeds of $679,200) in the final tranche of the Private Placement. The Corporation paid a cash finder's fee of $19,302 related to subscriptions for 6,434,000 of the Units in the Private Placement.
