Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in investing in revenue producing multi-family residential properties or interests. Co.'s principal objectives are to provide its unitholders with stable and growing monthly cash distributions, partially on a Canadian income tax-deferred basis, and to increase the value of its units through the effective management of its residential multi-family investment properties and the acquisition and development of additional, accretive properties.
